Provillian Services Heating & Air agrees to provide two (2) Precision Tune-Ups per year, including professional cleaning and safety inspections to maintain a comfortable, energy-efficient, and safe indoor environment.

Your investment in our preventative maintanance agreement includes:
Included Maintenance Procedures
- Clean or replace standard 1” air filters
- Inspect indoor cooling coil (cleaning at discounted rate if needed)
- Inspect drain lines & clean condensate drain
- Inspect blower components & condenser coil
- Lubricate moving parts (if applicable)
- Tighten electrical connections; check refrigerant pressures
- Monitor voltage, amperage, and system cycles
- Inspect heat exchanger, burners, gas pressure & pilot operation
- Test safety controls and thermostat operation
- Adjust airflow; inspect for cracked heat exchanger
